La siguiente canción de la lista también es del año 1934 y, como podréis comprobar, es una canción hawaiana. Su particularidad es el sonido de la guitarra. Los inmigrantes mexicano y portugueses llevaron guitarras y ukeleles a Hawai, y el poblado indígena de la Polinesia los retocó, creando la slack-key.
Sol Hoopii fue el más grande guitarrista de slack-key en las décadas de 1920 y 1930, con grandes influencias del jazz, y en "Hula Girl" encontramos el genio de Hoopii en su máxima expresión.
A mi me ha quedado la desilusión de no ver a Bob Esponja en el vídeo.
